We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@daylo.dk. Once your return has been accepted, we will send you instructions on receiving a return label. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment. DAYLO does not offer free returns, but you can purchase a return label from us at an affordable price. The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not wish to use the return label provided by DAYLO, the return will need to be sent to the following address:

Please note that the condition of the products being returned is your responsibility until we receive them. Please make sure to pack and ship the return items carefully. Keep the tracking number and return receipt until we refund your payment.

The return receipt is proof that you have sent the package back to us.

It is important that if you choose to arrange for the return shipping yourself, that the parcel is sent directly to our address as we are not able to collect parcels from parcel shops. Please ensure to use a business parcel service; otherwise, we will not be able to receive the package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
In our return portal you can exchange ring sizes. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange from one product to another. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unclaimed packages
If you choose to return your order by declining delivery of a parcel or if you don’t collect your parcel from the parcel shop, you will have to notify us at support@daylo.dk in order to start the refund process.

Processing time
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, you can expect your return to be processed within 14 business days. During busy periods you can expect the processing time to be a little longer. The fastest way to know the status of your return is to check the tracking of the return parcel. You can track the parcel using the parcel number from the return label. Please note that for some countries, the return is delivered to a return address and afterwards it is forwarded to our warehouse in Denmark where we process all returns. If it has been more than 14 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse, you are welcome to contact us at support@daylo.dk and we will assist you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@daylo.dk.

If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will receive a refund for the product, minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains an item for 75 EUR, 70 EUR, and 65 EUR, you do not pay for the 65 EUR product. If you then return the 70 EUR product, your refund will be 70 EUR minus 65 EUR for the free product, so the total refund will be 5 EUR.
