The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via daylo.dk. Entrepreneurs do not have the right of withdrawal.

Payment and delivery

We accept payment with PayPal and bank transfer.

The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched.

If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is dispatched.

The prices are stated in Danish kroner or Euro. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. There may be a payment fee is imposed, depending on the chosen form of payment.

We endeavor to ship your order within 2 days of your purchase.

We deliver the goods with you (we only offer collection).
We deliver worldwide.

If you do not pick up the package in the package box, you must pay for the return deadline yourself and have it sent out again.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel an agreement without reason within 14 days.

If you buy one or more items, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, if you want a refund. After this, we offer a 30-day exchange, shipping is not part of the credit and returns always costs 49 DKK.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the cancellation period starts from when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

We will refund the money from your order, after receiving the products and it has been checked. All returns costs 49 DKK due to the fact that the product has to be delivered to our storage. 

If you have taken advantage of our discount "bestie dicount" our or "buy 1 get 3 for FREE". If you want the money back, both pieces of jewelery will have to be returned, it is not possible to get half back as this is a special discount. We offer a free exchange of one piece of jewelery and a refund based on our refund policy for the whole package as one, i.e. all the jewellery.

How to use the right of withdrawal
You regret by notifying us that you regret. You can, for example, send a letter or an e-mail stating that you regret it to Skovvej 21 5300 Kerteminde or info@daylo.dk.

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired.

Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Skovvej 21 5300 without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.


Goods cannot be sent per cash on delivery or without distribution.

Refund of the money in case of cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any delivery charges.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned.We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Testing of the product and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, its characteristics and the way in which it functions.

You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. The product can't be used or tried on because then we will not be able to sell the product again. 
You must return the item in the original packaging. 
You should also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

Complaints - if there is something wrong with the product

If you buy an item and there is a shortage of it - e.g. a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Sales Act apply. You have 24 months' right to complain, provided you complain within a reasonable time (within 2 months after you have discovered the error or deficiency). Get more information on our RMA page.

If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. Save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction.

Ambassador side

All ambassadors themselves are responsible for posting everything legally according to the legislation surrounding hidden advertising.

When you register as an ambassador on our site, you give us permission to use all content on our platforms, where our styles and designs are included, unless otherwise agreed.

All ambassadors themselves are responsible for reporting their salary to tax.

All ambassadors under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent before becoming part of our ambassadorship. 

If you are under the age of 18, nothing in relation to the cooperation is forced. We will never require you to post anything and you can at any time require your content to be taken down from our platform. We give our ambassador discount because of the hope that the agreed content will be respected, but we can never force anyone to do so.

You will not be able to take advantage of offers such as "BUY1GET1FORFREE" + specially agreed ambassador discounts.

The return conditions for ambassadors who have purchased under special conditions are the same as normal customers. 

Your right to cancel is also that you can avoid posting the agreed content at any time, as we do not force anyone to post for us.

If you have participated in our giveaways or ambassadors' giveaways and follow us afterwards, you consent to receiving messages about our ambassador program.
